Trade Journal & Performance Tracker
Log every trade — or import a CSV — and instantly see your win rate, expectancy, profit factor, max drawdown and equity curve. Everything is saved privately in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
Equity Curve
Add a Trade
Leave Risk $ blank if you don't track it — expectancy then shows in dollars. P&L = (exit − entry) × qty, flipped for shorts.

Why journal every trade?
A trading edge only shows up in the aggregate. This journal turns your raw trades into the numbers that actually matter — win rate, average win versus average loss, profit factor (gross profit ÷ gross loss), expectancy (your average result per trade), and maximum drawdown. The equity curve shows whether you're genuinely compounding or just round-tripping. Your data lives only in this browser via local storage, so it stays private; use Export CSV to back it up or move it between devices.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is my trade journal data private?
Yes. All trades are stored only in your own browser using local storage and are never uploaded to a server. Use Export CSV to back up your data or move it to another device.
What statistics does the trade journal calculate?
From your logged trades it computes win rate, expectancy, profit factor, average win and loss, maximum drawdown and net P&L, and draws your cumulative equity curve.
Can I import my existing trades?
Yes. Use Import CSV with columns for date, symbol, side, entry, exit, quantity and risk. The journal recalculates all statistics and the equity curve from the imported trades.
