What is the tick value of ES futures?
The E-mini S&P 500 (ES) has a tick size of 0.25 index points and a tick value of $12.50, because the contract multiplier is $50 per point (0.25 × $50 = $12.50).
How do I calculate futures profit and loss?
P&L equals the points the price moved × the contract's point value × the number of contracts. This calculator does it automatically once you pick a contract and enter entry and exit prices.
What are the tick values for NQ, CL and GC?
