Run it before every entry and it quietly filters out the revenge trades, the oversized bets, and the setups you cannot actually name.

How is my checklist saved?
Everything is stored only in your browser (localStorage). Nothing is uploaded and there is no account. Your ticks reset each day; your custom items stay until you remove them.
What if I only tick some boxes?
The verdict stays “STAND DOWN” until every box is ticked. That is intentional — a partial checklist is how discipline erodes. If a check no longer applies to your style, remove it rather than skipping it.
How many items should I have?
Keep it short enough to actually run every time — the eight defaults plus a couple of personal rules is plenty. A checklist you skip because it is too long protects nothing.
